From the front of the villa, you have a beautiful view up the verdant hillside of Mount Nevis with an unobstructed view of the peak, if a rainbow doesn't get in the way. WEEKLY RENTAL RATES
LOW SEASON: ......APRIL 1 - NOVEMBER 30
U.S. $2,500.00 per week
HIGH SEASON: ......DECEMBER 1 - MARCH 31
U.S. $3,500.00 per week
CHRISTMAS and NEW YEAR:.........DEC. 21, 2008 - JAN. 4, 2009
U.S. $4,500.00 per week
Weekly rental rates include all utilities (except long-distance telephone charges), pool cleaning, gardener and once-a-week maid service. Any additional maid service, babysitting service or the services of a private cook could be arranged for an extra fee. Pick-up service from the airport or rental vehicle can be arranged prior to arrival. Dates will be reserved for up to 7 days. Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit on rental cost (the deposit is refundable less an administrative fee of 20% up to 30 days before the start of rental). A U.S. $500.00 security deposit is required upon arrival. No smoking & no pets!
